This high-quality sparkling wine was vinified from 100% of our own grapes in the winery according to the principles of traditional bottle fermentation. It was our family's 530th grape harvest, heralding a new chapter in our winery's history. Respectful of nature, all the work was carried out personally with a great deal of love.
A sparkling wine that not only delights as an aperitif with its crisp and fresh fruit of green apple and fully ripe lemons, but also harmonizes perfectly with white fish.
To give the sparkling wine its own character, no dosage has been added.
