- Pulvermächer became Schilfsandstein and will be named SANDSTEIN for the 2022 vintage -

A classic slightly off-dry-styled Riesling.
Juicy, with a nice tension and a perfect balanced sweetness and acidity.
With notes of stone-fruit, a hint of green fresh herbs and lime.
Combined the best with spicy dishes.

 
Fermentation

natural fermented in stainless steel tank with a temperature between 15 and 20 °C. On the yeast depot until March.

Vinification

100 % stainless steel tank

Residual Sugar & Acidity

11,6 g/l, 7,9 g/l

8-10 °C, 4-6 Jahre
