This Pinot Noir from our Untertürkheimer Gips monopole vineyard initially presents itself with a slightly smoky, ethereal aroma. This is joined by aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, blackberry and tart notes of freshly cut spruce wood and a hint of green pimientos. Supported by a fine-meshed, youthful tannin framework and a present acidity structure, this already indicates a promise of characterful development and interesting ageing potential.
