Our Pinot Noir Gutswein is immediately approachable with present cherry fruit and fine pomegranate. Elegantly crafted, fine-meshed tannins lend this wine structure and tension, while the graceful body contributes to a fine overall picture with the ethereal freshness of some fir green.

5 days cold maceration, 2 weeks mash fermentation.
