DESCRIPTION

This distinctive sparkling wine is produced in traditional bottle fermentation. After fermentation and a maturation in mature oak barrels for ten months, the base wine was bottled for second fermentation in July 2011. All the work on this special Brut Nature has been done by hand. After five years sur lie in the bottle, this sparkling wine has been degorged in July 2016. The 2010 vintage produces a very elegant acidity and a fine perlage. It appears elegant, yet powerful. The aromas of pear and brioche go very well with the excellent tannine structure.
